We are proud to announce that UK Black Pride are supporting partners for the inaugural DIVA Literary Festival and Awards, which will take place this November.

Lady Phyll Opoku-Gyimah, DIVA columnist and co-founder, trustee and executive of UK Black Pride, told us:

"We at UK Black Pride are excited and extremely pleased to be a partner of this year’s DIVA Literary Festival, we hope many attend this event and take part in book readings, writing workshops, panel discussions, poetry readings and so much more!"

The festival celebrates the very best in lesbian and bi literature. Authors already confirmed include lesbian romance novelist Kiki Archer, crime writer Val McDermid, acclaimed author Stella Duffy and rising star and YouTuber Lucy Sutcliffe.

The DIVA Literary Festival and Awards takes place 3-5 November at the Hilton Metropole, Birmingham NEC. Book now at divaliteraryfestival.com.
