🎭 Ed Fringe 2018: Jordan Gray — People Change
"Gray's larger than life personality and borderline acrobatic movements make for a more than impressive Fringe debut"
JORDAN GRAY. PEOPLE CHANGE.
Jordan Gray is one talented woman...
With a stage presence that fills the high ceiling and atmospheric "Fancy Room" at The Caves, her platform this Fringe, her larger than life personality — and borderline acrobatic movements — take advantage of the entire stage and make for a particularly impressive debut appearence.
Some of you may know Jordan as her musical alter ego, Tall Dark Friend, (a name she amusingly describes that many a promoter has struggled with).
If you've not got any idea what she did before giving this comedy thing a go, don't worry, she tells you all you need to know in her own very charismatic, very entertaining way.
Her strength is her triple threat of vocal talent, writing and composing her own songs — and making them really funny — and her comic timing.
All of her songs feature well crafted, hilarious twists and turns while also being so melodic I could listen to them all day long.
She talks openly about being trans, and is always with the audience and never against them — even when she ventures in to ask a few potentially provocative questions.
Jordan is going from strength to strength, see her up close and personal while you still can. That's from Alison.
(And if none of that's convinced you to part with an hour of your time, then the best Jeff Goldblum impression I’ve ever seen might just twist your arm...)
Jordan's People Change runs at Just The Fancy Room at The Caves from August 10-12, 14-26 2018 as part of Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Grab your tickets here!
