We’re already counting down the days until our big 250th issue birthday bash at London’s swanky Café de Paris. Now we’re even more excited because the fabulous and incredibly talented Saara Aalto has confirmed that she will be performing at the event.

The X Factor runner up and former DIVA cover star told us:

“I am thrilled to be performing at this year’s DIVA Awards to celebrate their 250th issue! I have some surprises in store for my performance and can’t wait to see you all there.”

We can’t wait to find out exactly what surprises Saara has up her sleeve for us.

It’s shaping up to be the party of the year. We also have actress, singer, Radio DIVA host and all-round wonder woman Heather Peace singing live.

The night will be hosted by the one and only Rachel Shelley, star of The L Word, Different For Girls, and all our hearts. She will be announcing the winners of the inaugural DIVA reader awards, which celebrate the fantastic LGBT people making a difference in the world.
