One more reason to book your ticket now.

You know and love her as Helena from The L Word, star of new sapphic web series Different For Girls and Radio DIVA's roving reporter. But on Thursday 23 March we're going to see Rachel Shelley in a whole new glittering light as she hosts our 250th issue birthday bash and the DIVA readers awards ceremony at London hotspot Cafe de Paris.

Rachel told us: "I'm thrilled to be hosting the 2017 DIVA awards at the impossibly glamorous Cafe de Paris - looking forward to seeing you all there!"

DIVA publisher Linda Riley of Twin Media Group is thrilled to have Rachel on board. She said: "Launching the DIVA 250 Awards was exciting enough but now to announce that Rachel Shelley is out host, well that tops it all! Can't believe Helena Peabody is going to be handing out the gongs!"

She added: "Rachel is also set to star in soon-to-be-released web series Different For Girls so we are delighted that she has managed to find time in her incredibly busy schedule to host the DIVA readers awards."

The inaugural DIVA reader awards are all about celebrating the amazing LGBT people making a difference in the world. Still need another reason to come? There will be a live performance from the one and only Heather Peace.

Don't forget to buy your ticket now here.

We can't wait to see you, Rachel and Heather at #DIVA250.
