This Week On Radio DIVA: Heather Peace Chats To Alison Moyet

Plus Rachel Shelley, Rosie Wilby and Jonathan Phang.

It’s a very special episode of Radio DIVA this week. One of our amazing co-hosts, Heather Peace will be interviewing fellow singer-songwriter and LGBT ally Alison Moyet.

Heather gave us a sneak preview of what we can expect, telling us:

"I had the upmost pleasure of interviewing Alison Moyet at my house on Friday morning over coffee. With an incredibly poetic new record due to be released on 16th June, the title track Other being already available to hear and a massive world tour starting in the early autumn, I wanted to find out about her inspiration and artistic drive. We talked at length and I'm thrilled with the interview. Her honesty and down to earth nature shine through. It's a shame the interview had to be edited at all but what remains is still over half an hour's in-depth interview. She's a hero of mine and it was a joy to meet and chat properly to her.”

We can’t wait to hear the whole thing, and that's not all that's in store. Our other fantastic co-host, comedian Rosie Wilby, will be in the studio providing some cracking tunes. Star of The L Word and Radio DIVA’s roving reporter, Rachel Shelley returns with her weekly vox pops. This time she’s finding out about people’s favourite queer characters onscreen. Plus resident lesbro Jonathan Phang will be on hand to update us on all the latest LGBT headlines.

You can listen live to Radio DIVA at 6.30pm every Tuesday (on Resonance 104.4FM and DAB in London and online at player.resonancefm.com) or catch up anytime at mixcloud.com/resonance.
