This Week On Radio DIVA: Kelly Simmons, Sarah Walk and Clare Lydon

Plus Heather Peace, Rosie Wilby and Rachel Shelley.

It’s shaping up to be another brilliant episode of Radio DIVA this week.

First up we have some fantastic news for footie fans - the awesome Kelly Simmons MBE will be in the studio chatting to hosts Heather Peace and Rosie Wilby. Kelly is the Football Participation and Development Director for the Football Association and we can’t wait to hear what she has to say.

Heather revealed, "I'm thrilled to have Kelly Simmons coming in to Radio DIVA to talk to us about this year's Women's Euros and all things to do with women's football. She's going to give us the low down on the tournament, who to watch and the favourites to take the title, so we are ready to get behind our team this summer."

Another amazing guest lined up for this week is the simply awesome singer Sarah Walk. Her latest single, Still Frames, is just beautiful. Here's the touching, LGBT-themed music video to give you a taste.

As if that wasn't enough, fabulous author Clare Lydon will be joining us to chat about her brilliant lesbian romance novels and the upcoming DIVA Literary Festival. (Find out more about this exciting event and how to book your tickets at

Clare can't wait to be on Radio DIVA. She revealed, "Radio and books are two of my favourite things so I'm super excited to be on the show talking about the DIVA Lit Fest."

And of course there will be all your regular favourites. Star of The L Word and Radio DIVA’s roving reporter, Rachel Shelley is back with another must-listen-to feature. She’s been speaking to Hannah Bardell MP about the new statue in Parliament Square. It’s the 12th statue to be erected there and the first one of a woman.

Plus our resident lesbro Jonathan Phang will be updating us on all the latest LGBT news headlines, and we’ll be finding out about exciting music artists in DIVA Discovers.

Be sure to tune in for a fun and fascinating hour.
