This week on Radio DIVA: Lianne Sanderson and Attitude editor Matthew Todd

Plus Pride in London, LBT theatre, Heather Peace and Rosie Wilby.

It’s another jam-packed show this week on Radio DIVA with a fantastic line up of guests, music and chat.

Pro footballer and DIVA Sports Personality of the Year Lianne Sanderson will be in the studio with our amazing hosts Heather Peace and Rosie Wilby. She can’t wait and revealed to us:

“I’m really excited to be on Radio DIVA straight after landing back from Cyprus.”

Also stopping by is Matthew Todd, the esteemed editor of Attitude magazine. He has a brilliant new book out all about mental health in the LGBT community and told us:

“I’m really excited to be on Radio DIVA. I'll be talking about my book Straight Jacket about LGBT mental health. There's been a big discussion about how gay shame affects men but it's important it's had amongst women too. We need to look after each other and I'm excited to talk about it with Rosie and Heather and with DIVA’s audience.”

Polly Shute from Pride in London will be catching up with Heather and Rosie too. She let us know:

"I'm really looking forward to be joining Radio Diva live on Tuesday for an exciting Pride in London announcement..."

Plus editor, Amie Taylor, will be on the show, talking about the new initiatives she’s launching for LBT theatre writers.

She told us:

“Having run the LGBTQ Arts Review since 2014 it's become obvious to me that a lot of LGBT theatre is actually just 'G', so I'll be talking a bit about my plans this year to address this by launching a writing scheme to support those writing lesbian / queer women / trans and non-binary stories for the stage. Alongside this we have plans for a 3 day festival of work at a London Theatre in September.”

And of course, there will be all your usual favourites including a roving report from The L Word’s Rachel Shelley, DIVA Discovers and a roundup of the latest LGBT news with resident lesbro Jonathan Phang.

Listen live to Radio DIVA at 6.30pm every Tuesday (on Resonance 104.4FM and DAB in London and online at or catch up anytime at
