As we mentioned yesterday in our Q&A with comedian Suzi
Ruffell here,
the Edinburgh Fringe Festival is coming up in August, and there are
some really great shows on offer from some of our favourite funny
women, including Jen Brister, Susan Calman and Suzi herself of
course.
To get you in the mood, Jen Brister and a few comedian friends
including Zoe Lyons, Suzi Ruffell and Amelia Gildea have made a
fantastic little mockumentary series about the trials of actually
surviving the Edinburgh festival as a comic.
We've posted the first two episodes below and will be bringing
you further episodes over the next week or so. They're great little
lo-fi gems; the second episode where Zoe offers Jen some sage
advice about how to survive the festival by not over-thinking it is
very funny indeed.
