Anti-hate crime vigil @ Trafalgar Square and Olde
Steine
Brighton's event takes place at the Old Steine between 7-9pm. At
the same time, groups in London will gather at Trafalgar Square. A
two-minute silence to remember all victims of hate crime will be
observed at 8pm across the UK. Organisers are urging people to join
in by taking photos of their events and posting them on a
No to Hate Crime Facebook page or show support by writing on
the wall for the event.

MUSING MUSES & FeMUSEum @ Toynbee Hall
Carmelita Tropicana, Amy Lame, Bird la Bird and Lois Weaver all
come together to celebrate four generations of ultra femininity and
the drag queen within. These women are women pretending to be
women, discussing the lineage of femininity as they build their own
museum of feminine muses.

For 25 years, First Out Cafe has provided the lesbian community
with a safe and friendly queer-orientated, lesbicentric space. This
Saturday, it will close its doors for the very last time on
29th October - patrons are invited to drop by and say
their goodbyes to London's longest serving LGBT venue. We will miss
you.

The fabulous annual Leicester Women's Charity Disco is upon us
once more with all proceeds being donated to Breakthrough
Breastcancer who offer support to lesbian and bisexual women.
Female djs, great music, free parking, cheap drinks and a good
cause. Sounds like a treat to us.

Dark narrates a tale of modern gender confusion - from the
perspective of the gender-normative female lover. Stories
explore performative gender foibles of strap-on sex, topping and
bottoming and more. Audiences will question their
relationships to biology, culture and sex - and get turned on in
