PIN UPS @ The Gallery
The 'Cruising for Art' themed annual Homotopia festival kicked
off this week in Liverpool, showcasing an array of art by queer and
LGBT artists. Pin Ups, the joint exhibition by Sadie Lee and
Matthew Stradling explores queer icons opens this Friday at The
Gallery, a free exhibition, it runs until early in the new
year.

Written by Sayan Kent, this play explores isolation and
'invisibility' that faces Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic
bisexual, gay and queer women in Birmingham. With three stories of
three different women, Natalie, Mira and Zaynab intertwine their
stories in these three plays. This is part of Birmingham's annual
Shout festival.
