The Gossip frontwoman is one of several queer-friendly acts who
make up the festival's Out and Out Frierce line-up on Sunday, 17
July.
Other acts include Scissor Sisters, Blondie, Robyn, Kelis and
Marc Almond.
Describing itself as "a freewheeling, groundbreaking,
no-holds-barred, non-stop polysexual party, pulling together
elements of the very best gay clubs" it wll anchor the annual event
in the capital's Victoria Park.
Lovebox 2011 will be the ninth annual Lovebox festival following
its conception in 2003.
In 2010 the sell-out festival was attended by 65,000 people
watching numerous acts on eight stages across three days.
The event is held in conjunction with the Teenage Cancer
Trust.
