According to American publication City Pages, the security guard at Target Fields stadium told Taylor Campione and Kelsi Culpepper "We don't play grab ass here," and that they must "adhere to the 10 Commandments."

Kevin Smith, a spokesman for the venue, subsequently gave the employee a written and verbal warning, claiming the incident was "unacceptable."

However, the staff member - who remains anonymous - was not suspended and allowed to continue working.

Culpepper said they are filing a complaint with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.

"I think it's pretty pathetic that there isn't one everywhere already," Culpepper said.
